Purchases and refunds: pre-release notice

No Veldrun plan is currently on sale, so there is presently no purchase to refund or subscription to cancel. This page records that fact; it is not a launch refund policy. A binding policy requires a named seller and the actual checkout terms.

No checkout, charge, subscription or reservation exists

The website accepts only an early-access email address. It does not accept payment details, reserve a founding licence, start a trial, or create a recurring subscription. The plan names on the home page are planning directions, not purchased products.

Before any sale opens

This page will be replaced with a dated policy naming the seller and merchant of record, the actual products, cancellation method, statutory rights, voluntary refund windows, processing times and contact address. Those details depend on the seller and markets served and should not be invented in advance.

Unexpected payment or purchase message

If something claims that Veldrun charged you while this notice is displayed, do not send payment or licence credentials. Contact hello@veldrun.com and your payment provider using contact details obtained independently.
